Lower cost than wall coverings
Our decorative finishes start around 1.50 a square foot installed. Most wall coverings cost at least this just for materials, some wall coverings can cost up to 10 times this just for materials. However, much of the cost savings is in the maintenance and durability of these solutions.

Our finishes clean up beautifully. Pen marks, wheel marks from housekeeping carts, ketchup, and any other common hazards wash away without a trace. Some are so resilient that you can take a key to the wall and not only leave the surface unscathed, but wipe off any residue with basic housekeeping products.
Easily Repaired
When a wall is damaged, the finish can be repaired without showing signs of the problem area. Because our finishes are applied by hand in a random manner, when touch ups are necessary, you cannot see where they occurred. These touch ups are quick and easy and can be done by the maintenance staff.
Carries Warranty
Our finishes and the products we use carry with them a warranty to remain intact, look great, and mold and mildew free. Warranties vary among the finishes but all assure impressive durability and performance.
No removal cost
This advantage can work in two ways. First, we apply a solution over existing wall paper or even bear sheetrock, negating cost of wallpaper removal and or priming. Secondly, unlike wall coverings, our finishes leave a surface that does not have to removed or floated for future renovations.
